Generally incorporated as part of a typical weatherization offering, the CRI team replaces sink aerators and showerheads with approved low flow devices and wraps water heaters and piping when applicable to reduce energy consumption. In the case of water utility sponsored programs, toilet tank “dams” or reduced GPM toilets can be installed to obtain additional water savings.
