Overview of Residential Services

Competitive Resources’ (CRI) staff has overseen residential programs that deliver cost-effective lighting, DHW measures, weatherization, and envelope improvements to over 8,000 homes annually. We’ve offered clients complete turnkey services, from program planning to program delivery and evaluation. CRI has performed residential energy audits on behalf of both gas and electric utilities for many years. In most instances, courtesy energy efficiency measures are installed as part of the process to offset the cost of the audits with some measurable system benefits. Lighting improvements, duct sealing, and water reduction services are other areas in which CRI has demonstrated our professional capabilities.
