Competitive Resources, Inc. (CRI) is a multi-state corporation established in January of 1997 to carry on the mission of its predecessor corporation, Kemper Management Services, founded in 1988. Building upon our reputation and expertise of over twenty years as an industry leader in the delivery of utility Conservation and Load Management programs, CRI continues to offer in-depth and innovative solutions needed to succeed in today’s changing energy efficiency services environment.
Using proven hiring practices established over these many years, employees who join CRI are selected based upon experience, qualifications and the ability to grow professionally within the organization. In addition to existing marketing, technical, administrative, and management personnel, CRI maintains a network of professionals such as high level engineering talent which can be utilized for specialized applications.
CRI continues to actively recruit personnel for a variety of challenging and rewarding positions within our company. Field job opportunities range from entry level weatherization technicians to certified Building Performance Institute (BPI) and Home Energy Rating (HERs) team leaders and quality assurance inspectors.
