Wallingford Electric Division offers free home energy assessments

WALLINGFORD, Conn.–Wallingford Electric Division is offering a free home energy assessment this fall.

Competitive Resources Inc., which is a energy efficiency contractor based in Wallingford, will conduct energy assessments. Customers who qualify for the program will receive more than $700 in services and products that will help lower their energy bill.

Technicians will look toward sealing air leaks and drafts, installing lighting and water-saving devices and identifying inefficient appliances.
