As the Regional Quality Assurance Manager of Competitive Resources Mr. Cole is currently responsible for all quality control on all residential Energy Efficiency projects. He has been active in energy conservation work for nearly 20 years. His career began as a Blower Door Technician Team Leader for Kemper Management Services and later worked for One Source as a Field Supervisor conducting Energy Audits for low-income consumers.

Audits include blower door testing, insulation, heating, and DHW system inspections, and installation of conservation measures.
